RCHP Surajo Sulaiman was born in Sule Tankarkar town of Sule Tankarkar LGA Jigawa State. He

 attended Galagamma primary school from 1975 to 1980  He then proceeded to Government

 Secondary School Lautai Gumel for his junior secondary Education, Government Science Secondary

 School Dawakin Tofa for his Senior Secondary Education where he graduated in 1986, he proceed to

 school of Health Technology Kano for his Diploma and graduated in 1990. He also attend College of

 Health Technology Mubi Adamawa state for his Higher Diploma and graduated in 2001, He obtain a

 Bsc from Houdgbe North American University in 2011 and Masters Degree in Public Health From

 University of Ghana in 2016
